Parish Summer Tote Bag Free Knitting Pattern

Say hello to the Parish Summer Tote Bag Free Knitting Pattern featuring Circulo In Love bulky cotton yarn. yes you heard me.. BULKY COTTON!

Look if you have followed me and my patterns for a minute then you know how I feel about cotton. And you know I love the bulky. So when I found out that Circulo had a Bulky Cotton I said SIGN ME UP!

We were incredibly fortunate to have Circulo Yarns sponsor Stitch Up Chicago this year and everyone who came to the event got to try this amazing yarn. More about that on the blog here.

For now, let me share this fabulous summer tote bag pattern with you. And my friend Tamara designed the crochet version so whatever you choose, knit or crochet, we got ya covered!

Summer fun often involves a multitude of activities, whether it's a day at the beach, a picnic in the park, or a shopping spree at the farmer's market. A hand knit cotton tote bag is the perfect companion for all these outings and versatile enough that it can be your go to summer bag.

The thing I love most about the Parish Summer Tote Bag is that it is truly the PERFECT summer accessory. This cotton tote bag perfectly complements a chill relaxed vibe with its simple and minimalistic design. Or if you are heading out for the evening, this cotton tote bag effortlessly elevates any outfit, be it a sundress, shorts and a t-shirt. And because you can make it large like a beach tote or small like an evening tote, the options for your perfect summer style are endless!

The small size holds lipstick, SPF small tube, keys and a wallet or phone. The large size holds all your sundries and beach day essentials. I used hardly both hanks of yarn on the large size so if you are adventurous, you could make the straps first then just knit the body of the bag until you run out of yarn even.

So get some chunky Circulo In Love yarn and get ready for summer!
