All The Amazingness of The Stitch Up Brooklyn The Indie Yarn Breakfast

It’s been a minute since Stitch Up Brooklyn but I find myself still basking in the beauty of it all. The Stitch Up Brooklyn Indie Yarn Sampling Breakfast was one of my personal faves and such a smashing success I want to do this all the time. I loved seeing everyone trying new fibers and getting to know these independent dyers and companies and spinners.

The indie Yarn Breakfast is special because not only did attendees get a chance to see these beautiful fibers like they would at a typical event marketplace, but tables were set up and all needles and hooks are provided by our friends at Knitters Pride so everyone could actually TRY and TASTE these amazing fibers!!!

Attendees got to get their hands on some of my fave indie fibers and see what I love. Learn about the fibers from the dyers and spinners themselves. Take swatches home. Find that perfect yarn for that pattern that was sitting there waiting to be worked up.

Additionally - attendees got to meet and talk to the Indie Yarn Dyers & Artisans / Companies and find out more about them and see what makes them so special and why I think they stand out.

And if that’s not enough, something so special at the Indie Yarn Breakfast that I could not believe I got to present for attendees was the launch and exclusive first look at the new product from Clinton Hill Cashmere!
