One question I get asked all the time is WHY do we block?!

We block to let our stitches settle into place. Not to fix mistakes… (though if someone could find the magic blocking potion that makes dropped stitches come back I would buy in bulk)! After all the tugging, twisting and pulling we do to our yarn making our creations, the stitches need to breathe, relax and settle. Blocking lets them do just that.
