Tuckoe Chunky Scarf Free Knitting Pattern

Capture all the cozy feels in the Tuckoe Chunky Scarf Free Knitting Pattern. The Tuckoe Scarf is made from exceptionally soft wool and very beginner friendly. The Tuckoe Chunky Scarf Free Knitting Pattern uses big needles and is great for first time knitters as well as experienced knitters looking for a quick project. It works up quickly and will keep you super warm and cozy all through the season.

The Tuckoe Chunky Scarf is named for Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers, New York. As soon as it would get cold enough in late Fall, when I was a kid, we would go there to go ice skating. For the longest time I couldn't quite pronounce "Tuckahoe" calling it "Tuckoe" but everyone know what I meant when I said it.

I remember being excited to see the leaves changing color because that meant it was almost ice skating season. Driving up the Saw Mill River Parkway and seeing the colors of fall to go ice skating is one of my happiest memories. This scarf is a celebration of that time and all the beauty of cozy season.
